A site to hang out in..

 This was hard to choose. I just got a little distracted on YouTube so I guess I will put that one up. I recently found that one could actually watch movies not just trailers. Maybe not all movies but there are some there. I like to go and pull up a visual sometimes when playing music, or get a sneak preview of a movie I'm planning on watching in the theaters. Of course my sons videos are up on YouTube. A variety of things to do.

Non-Profit organization

 If I were to be hired for a non-profit organization to design a web site, it would be nice to reach out to those who are in need of food and clothing.

•  First it would be important to view the organization and its mission.
•  Colors, text, back ground placed boxes appropriately to be able to catch ones eye.
• Buttons for up to date information, donations, volunteering,and an annual financial report
• Email link presentable for whatever questions one may have that was not covered on the web site. 
• Over all make it simple yet to the point web site. One that would hopefully hold ones attention to linger on for while.

Sites that are appealing... or Not?

    "Out of the mouth babes" I asked my teenager what site and this is what she said. Why cause of the numerous puzzles, and games. I can see that it would be appealing, it's fun! 

   To a Senior:          https://www.facebook.com/
    I enjoy going Facebook (ha now days not so much time) but I'm familiar with seniors on this site. I think it would be appealing for seniors because it is a way to keep in touch with family/friends that are afar. Not to mention the multiple games that can be engaged in. A way of socializing without leaving their homes.

   This was a difficult one to say, since I have already used the Facebook url. Out side of using the icons that I already have set up for those immediate sites I usually will go to. I picked Google because there is always something extra I need to browse. If it has to do with a class, or double checking another site against one that I usually use, to finding an answer to a question? to even a phone book ha. It is endless. Never any pornographic sites though!

  Okay in this Jeff Rense Program what?????? I sure hope your not looking for something specific! Not very good layout. Oh I think I saw some links to other mumble jumble (just more stuff) down the page a ways, and colors, wowsie. The worst thing was "What was his idea to portray?" I forgot. Or did it even say?  Oh I just found a red button towards the top left that may have something to say about what this guys plans are for this site?

   Okay I had to put this one up too. Long first page with jumble of sections and paragraphs meaning what? no discernible navigation scheme or layout? various fonts and colors used at a whim. Many pages different from each other. Only to mention a few things. 
  I, Laura Tarver in no means support/or not support either one of these 2 sites in the contents of what is per-trade. I had not thoroughly examined to make a call, these site are up on my blog strictly for them being non-appealing.

         Since this page is about my blog that's where I'm starting at. My blog is going to cover  whatever comes to me that is interesting, creative, and exciting to want people to come back for a  laugh and/or smile. You will never find anything repulsive or inappropriate on my blog.

Who am I? A person who enjoys exploring the computer and internet to see what new things I can come up with, always wanting to learn and put this experience into action.
When did I start doing what I'm doing?  Well for many years, I have been increasing my skills on the computer, especially with photo's. It was really fun last spring(or whatever date my video says it is) when I made my first "Still" picture video.
What am I doing? Ha your guess is as good as mine. I'm confident that my God and my computer skills will bring me somewhere, the perfect place where I need to be, until then just keep doing what I'm doing. Having fun!
Where am I?  In location? I live in Lake Tahoe, Nev. I have lived here for 26yrs. Born and raised 3 beautifully and awesome children here!
Why? Why what? Why do I do this?  Simply I enjoy it.
